Our aim is to provide reassurance by maintaining residential smoke alarm sensors.


We work with home owners, investment property owners, and real estate agents to safely maintain their asset and ensure smoke alarm sensors work efficiently, seamlessly, and safely – with a high level of customer service.

Our report will check:-

  • fitting of the sensor unit
  • presence of A/C and D/C power (mains & battery)
  • sound with “test” button
  • decibel test on mains and battery power
  • alarm test with smoke

As part of the service we’ll also brush clean and vacuum the sensor unit, and confirm for you its expiration date.

Finally, we’ll provide a written report on each of the above items.

And each service is covered by a 12 month warranty – if the sensor faults in this time we’ll happily return and service it again at no cost.

Normal industry fees are up to $120!
